At Find My Tribe we love animals.
My tamariki have always enjoyed and benefited from our large collection of animals. Over the years I’ve been amazed by how much our animals have helped tamariki to feel good, to reduce their anxiety and provide wonderfully soothing sensory feedback.
What I Offer
An animal aroha session will last up to an hour, animal and tamariki dependent. And can involve:
- Feeding, grooming and sitting with my herd of guinea pigs in their accessible walk in full height pen.
- Feeding and stroking our big fat fluffy chooks.
- Collecting food from the garden to feed everyone, our herbs and flowers add to the experience with their unique scents.
- And of course our two fab dogs Mrs Sunshine and Minnie also love a bit of fuss, a cuddle and a treat. Especially when I turn on the heated blanket for a snuggle
When taking your booking we can discuss what options your tamariki would enjoy the most.
You are welcome to stay and watch or drop off and collect at the end of the session.
